  • During your consultation, your rehabilitation therapist will begin by collecting your basic information. This initial assessment is crucial, as it allows the therapist to understand the nature of your injuries/ conditions. By gathering this information, your therapist will be better equipped to design a tailored rehabilitation plan that meets your individual needs.

Additionally, your rehabilitation therapist will outline the next steps in the recovery process. They will take the time to explain how they can assist you in your rehabilitation journey and the strategies they plan to implement. This service can be done either in person or through video conferencing.

  • During an assessment and diagnosis, your rehab therapist will conduct a thorough evaluation that is designed to help identify the specific areas of your body that have been affected by various injuries or conditions. This includes examining factors such as range of motion, strength, and postural alignment, which are all crucial for developing an effective treatment plan tailored to your individual needs.

Based on these findings your rehab therapist will provide a diagnosis, create a treatment plan, and discuss costs.
